The lesson that I learned as a buyer’s agent with Long & Foster helping his clients find their next house is that people sleep in houses, but they live in their surroundings. The better those surroundings are - be it neighbors, the proximity of good shopping, a sense of personal safety,  places nearby for recreation and decent schooling – then the better living in that house will be and the more value attaches to that house.  There are some fine neighborhoods in Baltimore that offer great locations; Mayfield is a true stand-out among them.  

I have been a full time agent with Long & Foster for 9 years developing a successful business in Fells Point, Federal Hill, Canton and in Mayfield where I have lived for the last 10 years.
