 MayfieldNeighborhood.org  was created to provide vistors and residents alike with useful  information about living in Mayfield, a neighborhood close to downtown in Northeast Baltimore.  Its purpose  is  to redefine one of the  most important rules in real estate, ‘Location. Location. Location.’ into a dynamic ongoing process.  By identifying and updating opportunities and resources within,  closeby, and in the larger context of Baltimore, neighborhood residents can take full advantage of their location.  The circumstances of opportunity within easy reach of Mayfield residents are fluid and changing.  The Mayfield you lived in two years ago has been enhanced by the tremendous changes moving through NE Baltimore over that short span of time.  Staying abreast and up to date with those changes is the pass or fail grade of this site.   There is a lot going in N.E. Baltimore.

is to provide useful and up to date information to residents who want to sell their homes, 

senior residents who want to remain in their homes and prospective buyers 

who have come to visit the neighborhood on line.   I hope that realtors listing
